Looks like any rid taco/Pick. It has the bigger window on the extended part of the cab, And it’s got that swoopy line on the front fender.

Not really anymore, I don't think. They were for the longest time, but now I think the Hilux and Tacoma are distinct architecture. Don't quote me on that though.
